Services


What services do we offer?
We offer an edge to edge Machine Quilting service, with a selection of waddings and hundreds of 108" wideback fabrics available to complement your quilt.  

Every Friday our sewing machine repair man, Gordon, collects machines for service or repair and returns them for pickup the following friday.

Every three months our scissor sharpening man, Julian, visits our store to sharpen your scissors, knives and gardening equipment.  Your items are ready for collection the same day.

How long does the machine quilting take to complete?
Once we receive your quilt, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for completion.  We will contact you as soon as it is ready for collection

What happens if I miss my class?
Contact our store and we will work out another time you can attend at a later date.


Refund/Exchange


What is your refund/exchange policy?

Please choose carefully when purchasing merchandise as there are special conditions that apply when returning merchandise. You must notify us by email immediately to sales@palmbeachquilting.com.au  if you intend to return goods, stating the reason for the return. All items must be returned within a reasonable time frame (but no longer than 15 days for Domestic sales or 6 weeks for International sales) in the products original state, with a copy of the invoice/proof of payment. Fabrics may not be cut, dyed, or washed from the original state. All fabric packs and kits must be complete. All packaging must be returned. We cannot accept the return of patterns or books due to copyright law. Refunds & exchanges will not be provided after delivery has occurred unless the item is proven to be faulty or does not match the description provided. Refunds will be at management's sole discretion. Shipping & handling charges will/are not included in refunds. Refunds will only be credited to the same credit card as used in the original purchase. Please send all returns to Palm Beach Quilting address as detailed on the contact us page. Goods must be returned to our store at your cost prior to any refund or exchange taking place. Proof of ID may be requested, and this ID must match the details that were provided at the time of the purchase.
